Back in 1922 architect Edward Lutyens designed a dolls' house for an exhibition in London, in which the children's toy exhibited the best of modern British architecture and interior design. Inspired by Lutyens, developer Cathedral Group asked 20 architects and designers (some collaborating with artists) to design dolls' houses for the 21st century. Each will be auctioned off next month to raise money for KIDS, a UK charity that helps disabled children and their families. Pictured is the dolls' house designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris; see the rest at the "A Dolls' House" auction website.
