We dream of a dynamic city of Paris, which develops efficient public infrastructure, which rallies socio-economic actors, who attracts various financing sources, which proposes quality knowledge and which opens up and advocates for tolerance. A city that encourages spontaneous and informal dynamics, a city interested in new technologies, a city supporting its citizens to become more entrepreneurs, more responsible and concerned about the environment. The development and redevelopment of neighborhoods such as the new quarter of Clichy Batignolles, are among the best examples of the dynamism of the city of Paris. Manifesting local and metropolitan life, this neighborhood participates by its quality and symbolic significance to the changes of the city. The N2-bloc is part of the complex system of the city of Paris and the neighborhood of Clichy Batignolles. From the urban point of view, constructability has been framed by urban planning. With networks, infrastructure and public spaces, the site could take advantage of its constraints. The N2-bloc will ultimately become what the neighborhood and the city intent in terms of density, mobility and diversity. The building will be designed as an intelligent part of the neighborhood and not as a freezing element or a singular point. The N2-bloc will be contributor of new energies and attract all kind of users. It will allow production as well as storage of energy. Its capacity of a communication, exchange and sharing tool with the city will be exemplary. The exchanges will focus on a broader set as gray energy, attractiveness, pooling. The N2-bloc strives to be an optimal response that translates human ideals, in a real context and through an effective building taking into account the feasibility and the real needs
