Cross-sectionally, the house is a two-family house with a flat floor on the first floor for the parents and a raised floor on the second floor for the children.
In terms of plan, we considered the ''figure (building)'' and ''ground (exterior)'' at the same time in order to deliver outside air and sunlight to every room on the long and narrow site.
The area out of the building is appropriately divided into gardens with different characteristics depending on conditions and uses, and windows are directed to each area.
The rest is sewn together with zigzag walls, and the structure also changes cross-sectionally. The entrance of each household is directly opposite to each other, with a boundary in between, so that rooms can be exchanged in the future as the family structure changes, making this a house that can be used for a long time.
