A mixed-allocation area, among medium-density dwellings and the horizon of the Bergamo hills, houses this development consisting of 45 apartments, which will be built on the site of a former wax factory.

Embracing each other, two L-shaped bodies define an open courtyard in whose centre is a swimming pool-lake located in continuity with the space intended for football games placed at a lowered level.

The proposed architectural project offers a homely, comfortable architecture, in which the texture of the bricks and the large wooden loggias are the recognisable feature of an idea of comfort, in which the living rooms are projected onto the park with large protected glass windows, extending the living areas with an “outdoor” room.

The three terracotta floors are completed by a wooden floor where the apartments have verandas and large green terraces.
