Superimpose became finalist at the international bidding for a masterplan office development in Ningbo. The main focus of this project is creating a state of the art 200,000 sqm office and conference development with an outstanding public realm.
The design naturally integrates the concepts of ‘Live-Work-Play’and provides office spaces, serviced apartment towers, a conference center and a retail podium. The development gives space to pedestrianised circulation on three levels. A second floor car drop-off was proposed for the office towers to make better use of the ground floor as retail floor. A conference center has been integrated with entrance points on the first and second floor.
