The apartment at the English Garden, renovated by iam, is part of an apartment building from the 60s. The floor plan was broken up according to the requirements of the client to create new spacious living spaces. Dark parquet flooring and a warm colour scheme create a livable ambience with well thought-out visual references to the green surroundings. The façade design of the existing building as well as the green surroundings are adapted into the interior concept by colour-corresponding elements. The interior concept is restrained with light colours of the fixtures and is accentuated by selected fine patterned wallpaper and brass details as keymotif.
