60 Balconies Art is a building of tourist apartments. It is located in a historic building in the most artistic neighborhood of Madrid, very close to the Atocha train station. It consisted of the partial restructuring of an existing building with a protected staircase and the restoration of its façade to its original design.
The structure of the building consists of load-bearing walls on the facades, party walls and interior bays that define a central staircase and two courtyards designed to provide ventilation and natural lighting for the wet rooms.
60 Balconies Art houses 18 boutique apartments for tourist use, with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. They are spacious, bright apartments with views. An integral project of architecture, interior design and equipment is developed, with a careful intervention of the interior design to adapt it to the required use. Each apartment is a unique and personal space, clean, fresh and with bright colors.
The apartments have different configurations depending on the needs and have a differentiated interior design with designer furniture. The 60 balconies that give the brand its name flood the apartments with natural light. Carefully selected furniture, low, indirect and dimmable lighting that create intimate spaces.
Spectacular photographs of Carla Bruni, Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista, among others, from Jean Marc Manson's "Muses" collection hang on the walls of the various units, giving them a unique character.
