The building is located at the edge of a long area, which was once an hortum adjacent to the small villa overlooking the main street.
Boundary conditions have suggested a project based on facade’s transparency, being the house protected from the sight of surrounding buildings.
On each side, two industrial units define the facades’ extensions.
The setting is introvert, thanks to the rooms exposed towards the garden and the swimming pool that develops in a double volume totally glazed.
