As one of the important elements in Japanese gardens, bamboo was chosen for this installation work. We, as gardeners or niwashi, put importance on making space with natural materials.
When it is cut, bamboo is able to make supple curve. And it can be a strong construction material when it is woven.
We used womb as a motif for this work, so that one can feel peace of mind when he or she is inside.
