The urban Cityloft in Berlin offers space for events and temporary living. The building's glass facade is prerequisite for a bright and friendly atmosphere. An open space concept with external terrace allows the generous rooms to merge within 200 square meters.
The building concept was developed in the course of coming up with innovative ideas for the efficient use of space in cities. The car loggia on the same floor serves as parking space and showcase of the car at the same time.
The first stop and colourful element you encounter when entering the boutique apartment is the large bar including kitchen area. A classy symbiosis of anthracite-coloured tiles and brass inserts in soft gold can be found in the panelling. To the left is a large lounge area whose materials and colour scheme match those of the bar. Ceiling-high bookshelves and comfortable armchairs give the library its cosy ambience and create a pleasant working atmosphere at the same time. The warm tones of the wooden parquet throughout the entire loft support the homely setting.
The boutique apartment is ideal for guests who want to combine events or business meetings with a stylish ambience. In addition to the living areas, there are rooms for luxury living: a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a state-of-the-art spa area.
The furniture consists of specially developed elements and designer pieces. Refurbished vintage furniture gives the suite its individual character.
