In 1999 the united States of America transfer the ownership of the Panama Canal to the Panamanian government living behind military facilities. The government of Panama decides to use these facilities as a place for cultural growth, to accommodate universities, research institutes, laboratories, housing for students and researchers, office and retail areas.

To divide a country to unite the rest of the world is a historic and engineering milestone for the Americas. Our architectural concept is inspired by that milestone and places a void between two apartment buildings were all the social activities are going happen.
