The Garden for Lovers is achieved by a wall springing from the site, which forms a clearing. This topographic setting meets the design intention to create a continuous space that changes in its size and density. The planting behaves in its transformation analogous to the property of its enclosing space. A carpet of moss is the base for the floral ornament that supports growth in its spatial openness. The grounds modulation seducing the guests to walk barefoot on a spontaneous path through the garden and settle on a solid carpet.
