The restaurant situated in the Kap am Südkai at the Rheinau Port of Cologne has a relaxing and charming effect on its guests not only because of its panorama view of the Rhine.
The cores of function designed in bright red as well as the grey floor pavement of the building created by KSP Engel and Zimmermann characterise the special appearance of the rooms.
The fluent, flexible layout of rooms connects the bar, bistro, restaurant and lounge areas and still lets room zones with different kinds of atmosphere emerge. Stylish details like the adjustable padded backrests of the circular bench and a photo concept for space creating wall panels support the vitalising, cosmopolitan ambience.
In combination with elegant and carefully used colours, warm materials like walnut and leather and a gentle, sensual lighting in the evening, an urban place for encounters arose.
