As a guideline for the design, the architects' specifications stipulate that the new building should be set in a natural alpine meadow that surrounds the architecture.
On the south side there is direct contact to the alpine meadow, which also runs along the existing black pines up to the shadow area on the east side. In the shade and semi-shade, we find grasses like Calamagrostis bracytricha, Deschampsia cespitosa and Hakonechloa macra and Carex marrowii.
On the roof terrace the lying areas as well as connecting ways are to be defined uniformly as wooden deck. For privacy, the lounging areas are edged by naturally appearing yews.
