The design aims to thematically and structurally execute the building project and implementation of the required space layout. A main residence and a guest residence. These are positioned together in such a way that they define outdoor spaces that are explicitly presented as “public” and “private”.
The ensemble of main and side structure shall correspond to the environment and unpretentiously find their space in the grown surroundings.
Both structures are conceived as wooden constructions on a massive plinth, with a modest appearance.
The attributes of the typology of residences in the area: Roof slant, roof shape and proportion are utilised. They have a dynamic relationship with the large openings of the structures and correspond to the dialogue between the structures.
Residential space: 205 m²
