The traditional house at Bellevue Zurich is run by the Bindella family business and is a pleasant meeting place at any time of day. Pfeffermint AG succeeds in reuniting the unpleasant mix of styles created over the years into a stringent mood through a great deal of sensitivity and successfully supplementing it with modern and stylish elements. „A conscious step backwards“ was the given recommendation after the analysis. A subtle handling of the existing structure was important for pfeffermint . For this reason, only moderate adjustments were made in the imposing dining room and many more elements were merely returned to their original state in order to restore to its former glory. After these reductions of the design language, pfeffermint AG has succeeded in giving the rooms a certain modernity with new furniture and accessories.
