VILLA K is a generous home for a Tyrolean family. Generous in the sense of large premises, opulent visual experiences and a restrained quality defined by rationality and careful balancing. The property is located on the border with Innsbruck's green belt and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
Conceived as a solitaire, it is also perceived as such from the outside. The individual rooms flow into one another, vertically like horizontally. By this the spatial quality of the villa reveals itself only by entering the private zone. From the outside VILLA K appears as a unagitated building, timeless, restrained, clear.
