News came in September 2014 that architect Isay Weinfeld would take his Brazilian modernism to a site next to the High Line in New York for luxury residences. Renderings have finally been released for the project.
These renderings for the Jardim project at 527 West 27th Street were found at YIMBY, a site devoted to developments in New York City. According to that site, "The project will have 36 condominiums in total, averaging 2,500 square feet apiece. The development will be split between two different buildings, one fronting 27th Street and the other 28th Street." The site for Isey Weinfeld's building is next door to Zaha Hadid's condo building under construction on 28th Street.

Weinfeld is collaborating with the Pizzarotti Group on the Jardim project. It is their second collaboration, following the Petite Afrique Building in Monaco, seven large residences in a concrete tower with wraparound terraces. Similarly, the primary exterior material for Jardim is poured-in-place concrete (evidently board-formed with rough horizontal lines per these renderings) and generous terraces are provided for each unit.
Construciton of Jardim is underway with completion expected by the end of 2016.
